One thing we are most proud of at Inspirato is the fact that our members can experience our incredible residences while enjoying extraordinary value. To help our members make the most of their memberships and travel even more often, we have been working hard to further reduce our nightly rates.

I'm pleased to announce that, effective today, the club has reduced its weekend to weekend, week-long rates by up to 25 percent for reservations made six months to one year in advance of travel. View complete details.

Weekend to weekend reservations allow us to pass on significant savings to members because they cut down on orphan days that otherwise go unused between shorter reservations. Similarly, reservations made in advance allow us to better plan and manage resources and therefore cut down on operational expenses. Reductions and booking rules vary by destination and time of year, and generally these discounts are not available during peak holiday seasons. For destinations with multiple homes, rates will rise as availability for particular weeks becomes tighter. So you will always enjoy the greatest value when you book full-week vacations well in advance. Click here to view a sample of our new, reduced weekly rates.

Of course, for those members who don't have the luxury of planning in advance or who enjoy the occasional spur-of-the-moment three- or four-day vacation, Inspirato still provides incredible value on all nightly rates. And our extremely popular Jaunt program will continue to allow members to book residences for next to nothing when you can travel on short notice.

I am very excited about our new members-only nightly rates, and have no doubt this structure will make Inspirato an even better club experience for you and your family.

I also want to take this opportunity to share a quick reminder. In late January you received a notice that Inspirato would be increasing membership fees for new members. Effective March 1, 2013, the club is raising our Initiation Fee by $2,500 on all membership types and our Annual Fee is increasing for new members from $2,600 to $3,000. Current members are not affected in any way by these changes. However, if you would like to share Inspirato with family and friends at our current introductory-level pricing, I encourage you to let your Personal Vacation Advisor or Membership Advisor know. If they join before March 1, new members will enjoy a savings of $2,900 on their initial purchase and an additional $400 each year they renew.

The increase in our membership fees is a great thing for current members, as it will allow us to further invest in the club's Signature Residence portfolio and continue to expand member services and benefits. But, more importantly, the new pricing reflects the true value we offer new members. To thank our early members for joining the club while we were still growing our travel portfolio, we offered incredibly competitive introductory membership rates during the club's first two years. Now with a real estate portfolio valued at nearly half a billion dollars, more than 225 travel options in 60 destinations, a wealth of members-only benefits and ever-expanding member services, it's time our fees match the extraordinary offerings our club provides.
