“Our concierge met us on arrival, gave us a full briefing, immediately suggested dining, showed us where the best snorkeling was, and the shops we might like, and a dozen other details,” Bill said. “He checked in with us by text several times a day. He even tracked us down on the beach to be sure we were getting every detail attended to. And he went to every extreme to be sure our stay was perfect.”
Throughout their week, Bill and Sally dined at some of Turks and Caicos’ best restaurants, sampling a variety of Caribbean cuisine in both fine dining establishment and casual beachfront cafes. Despite the vast options, one night they lost track of time and found themselves hungry after hours with no on-site restaurants open or food at hand. Knowing they didn’t have a rental car to venture off-site for a late dinner, their Inspirato concierge came to the rescue.
“On Saturday night, we were so relaxed and casual, we decided to order pizza but forgot to do so until after 9 at night. When the restaurant told us their delivery person had gone home, we texted our concierge for another suggestion. He knew the pizza people, told us to place our order, and then insisted on going to get it and delivering it himself,” Bill said. “That is the moment he became a legend.”
Bill loved all the activities and surprises his Inspirato team arranged from this impromptu pizza delivery to snorkeling the reefs to fruit-infused cocktails under a shaded umbrella. He never had to lift a finger. To us, that’s what a true vacation is all about. In fact, he had such a great time, that he’s already booked a return trip to Turks and Caicos next year.
