  • Members should fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Vancouver, Canada, no later than 3 p.m. on August 5, 2023.
  • Members can fly out of Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in Vancouver, Canada, any time after 7 p.m. August 10, 2023.
  • This program is best suited for adults. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
  • Passports are required and must be valid for six months after departure date from Canada.
  • This package includes a round trip seaplane from Vancouver to Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge on Vancouver Island. The flight time is approximately one hour.
  • Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge can arrange bespoke helicopter tours upon request. This can be arranged in advance and is an additional charge.
  • By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that they are physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no extremely strenuous activities planned, we will have walking tours, hiking, and a horseback riding excursion. Bicycles, kayaks, and canoes are also available at Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge for those who wish to participate. We can also not guarantee all restaurants, activities, and tours will be mobility adaptive.
  • Dates and activities are subject to change.
  • If a certain amount of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation Policy: Within three business days of booking, cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are non-refundable unless Inspirato is able to rebook the package. If Inspirato is able to rebook, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded three business days after the package is rebooked.
  • Maximum occupancy: This package is designed for two travelers.
