Things to Know

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• Please note stairs are required to reach both the main and lower level of the home. To access the main level, you will need to walk down stairs. The main level encompasses the kitchen, primary bedroom, bedroom 2, and a living area. The lower level—which you will walk down another set of stairs to enter—encompasses a second living area and the remaining two bedrooms.
• Please note there are multiple staircases throughout this home.
• Please note Bedroom 2 and 3 encompass bunk beds and may be best-suited for young adults or children.
• We highly encourage driving or renting a vehicle for your stay.
• Four-wheel drive transportation is necessary in winter months to access this residence.
• Please note parking for ski access is not included—there will be a parking fee if you choose to park at the gondola lot.

• Cancellation policy: The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
