The average high temperature fluctuates only five degrees Fahrenheit, from 84 degrees in the hottest month (July) to 79 degrees in the coldest (January). The average water temperature remains in the low 80s throughout the year. It rarely rains from November through May. And the rainiest month, September, still only averages seven rainy days.
