Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to arrival, by 3 p.m. Geneva time are fully refundable. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged for one night’s rate plus taxes. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
The maximum occupancy is two adults and two children, with accommodations for the two children on a Queen sized pull-out sofa bed, or three adults, with the third person on a Queen sized pull-out sofa bed. The sofa bed is complimentary for children age 14 and younger. For a third guest age 15 or over, a fee of CHF 150 per night will be incurred.
Pet Policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
