• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.

• Please note this home is accessible by boat. Please contact your Care team for transportation details.
• Please note bedroom four encompasses three twin beds and is most suitable for children or young adults.
• Please note bedroom four shares a bathroom with bedroom three and is accessible through a hallway door.
• Like much of Maine's coastline, the beaches of House Island are picturesque yet rocky. Swimming will be left to members’ discretion.
• This home is a three to five minute walk to the Inspirato residence Seashore. Please contact your Care team to book multiple residences.
• Members do not have access to the southside of the island which includes Fortland.
• There are three total homes on the island. Inspirato only has access to two of them, so you may see other guests during your stay.
• This home is available seasonally from July through October.
• Inspirato can arrange for a private chef to make meals for an additional fee. Contact your Care team to find out more.
