This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a water closet.
Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 share a full bathroom in the hallway.
Interior staircases may not have handrails.
There is public beach access adjacent to this home. You can access this beach from the backyard of the home. If the lake water is high due to heavy snowfall, the beach area may be underwater.
Please note the back doors do not fully slide open.
A four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter.
Please note, there are a few high windows in each bedroom that do not have window treatments.
Placer County has a strict ordinance limiting outdoor noise and amplified music from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
From December 1 - March 31, guests staying at this home will receive one parking pass to park at the Northstar resort. Contact your Destination Concierge for additional information.
From May - October guests staying in Sunset Point have access to a private buoy located directly behind the home (in the lake).
