This home is located above a boutique, with separate entrance via stairway. This home can only be accessed by this flight of stairs.
This home’s parking spot is only accessible from the outside and can accommodate a small SUV. Any additional parking is accommodated in a paid parking lot three minutes from the residence.

The two twin beds in Bedroom 4 can be converted into a king.
