Things to Know

  • A resort fee of $35 per night is included in your reservation.
  • On-site valet parking available for $50 per vehicle per night.
  • There is currently ongoing construction throughout the resort with anticipated completion in November 2023. The project will be paused over the summer and no construction will occur June 12th - September 8th, 2023. Contact your Care team for additional information.
  • Please arrive at the Beach Village entrance on R.H. Dana Place.
  • Reservations are highly recommended for poolside cabanas and beach service. Poolside cabanas feature flat-screen TVs, stocked mini-fridges and minibars, and dining and cocktail services.

  • Cancellation policy: Beach Village at the Del has a unique cancellation policy that varies by season. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
  • Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest may be accommodated over the stated occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated on a sleeper sofa.
  • Pet policy: Up to two dogs 40 lbs or under are allowed for a non-refundable charge of $200 per stay; please note, certain breed restrictions do apply.
