Things to Know

• This home is exclusively staffed, managed, and maintained by Inspirato.
• The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 are on the main floor, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located up small sets of stairs.
• Bedroom 5 is located in a separate guest house with a private bathroom.
• Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 have en suite bathrooms.
• The bathroom upstairs near Bedroom 4 is part of the original architecture of the home. It is located in the hallway outside of the bedroom and has lower, slanted ceilings.
• The staircase that accesses Bedroom 4 is narrow and steep.
• The main house is laid out in a U-shape, with two bedrooms on each side and the main living areas in the middle.
• All wings of the house open to the central courtyard and pool.

Additional Information:

• The Standard Inspirato Cancellation Policy applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year’s weeks and certain other travel dates.
• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a full sleeper sofa in the office and an air mattress.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
