• While there are no construction projects currently taking place at the Faena Hotel Miami Beach, please note that there is construction taking place one building down from the property that may be audibly impactful at times from the pool area, the Veranda, and the room's balcony. There is no visible impact at this time from the pool area or rooms. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

• Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on rollaway beds.
• Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
