Cancellation policy: Conrad Tulum has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest are permitted over the stated occupancy. One rollaway bed may be placed in the suite for a one time fee of $75.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
