Solitaire — Beaver Creek, Colorado
We’re excited to welcome four-bedroom Solitaire to the portfolio, a new modern mountain townhome offering direct access to skiing and snowboarding at the exclusive Beaver Creek Mountain. The home features a private outdoor deck for taking in gorgeous partial mountain views. Inside, the living room and kitchen feature oversized windows and a cozy fireplace perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day in the mountains. Guests enjoy access to a community pool and hot tub, plus the amenities of the nearby Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, including Spa Anjali, an athletic club, and an outdoor heated lap pool.
Costa del Mar — Cacique Peninsula, Costa Rica
This sprawling contemporary home is less than 2 miles from the charming town of Playas del Coco and beautiful Coco Beach. With 3,900 square feet, three-bedroom Costa del Mar offers ample indoor-outdoor living space and scenic views of both the ocean and jungle. Its open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen and outdoor entertaining space with an infinity-edge pool. Our new Cape Cod home is located just a short drive from Acapesket Beach, one of Falmouth’s best beaches. Relax on the screened-in porch or in the large backyard with a private dock, perfect for soaking up the breathtaking scenery. Inside, the open-concept chef’s kitchen and dining area offer spectacular views of the water, while the expansive living and dining area features space for 10 guests and a fireplace. Additional highlights include two primary suites, an office, and a basement-level family room with access to a walk-out patio.
Glissade — Snowmass Village, Colorado
Indulge in a luxurious stay at this five-bedroom modern retreat boasting beautiful views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Glissade, our newest home in Snowmass, is just a two-minute walk from the ski lifts at Snowmass Base Village and an ideal escape any time of year.
