There are very few holiday traditions like Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. The iconic balloons, floats, and marching bands are a great way to entertain the whole family as we wait for the customary turkey dinner.
Although it is broadcast live on television for all of America to see, some Inspirato Members had an experience of a lifetime this year. From the private ballroom of our New York City hotel partner 1 Hotel Central Park, members watched the historic parade as our guests. The hotel’s ideal location — in the heart of Manhattan, one block from Central Park — gave everyone a front-row seat to the iconic holiday tradition, with one member commenting that “it was a perfect view of the parade.”
Members and guests enjoyed an all-inclusive Thanksgiving brunch, complete with homemade pastries, bacon, local ham, vegetable frittatas, and much more. A juice bar was provided for the children, and oyster bloody marys, mimosas, and bellinis were poured for the adults. Activities for the kids included face painting and Inspirato coloring books.
We loved this event! It was a real treat for our four children and we created some very special holiday memories!Jillian R.Inspirato Member
