The Inspirato Member Value Guarantee gives you peace of mind when you book Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites through the club.
Our members-only price per night (including taxes and fees) will be at least $50 less than the best available refundable, non-package nightly rate (including taxes and fees but excluding value-adds) for bookings of two nights or more, as published on the hotel's website for the same room category over the same dates during the 24 hours following the time you make your reservation.
After you book, we will proactively confirm our guarantee on your behalf. In the unlikely event our price is not at least $50 less per night than the hotel's rate, we will pay you the difference in Inspirato Travel Credits, plus an additional $50 per reserved night in Travel Credits.
In the unlikely event you reserve a Hotel & Resort Room/Suite on Inspirato.com for two nights or more and our members-only price per night (including taxes and fees) is not at least $50 less than the Competing Rate, Inspirato will pay you the difference in Travel Credits, and also pay you $50 in Travel Credits for every night you reserved at the hotel through the club.
How is the Competing Rate determined?
The Competing Rate is equal to $50 less than the hotel's best available refundable, non-package nightly rate (including taxes and fees but excluding value-adds) for bookings of two nights or more, as published on the hotel's website for the same room category over the same dates during the 24 hours following the time you make your reservation. Our Member Value Guarantee does not apply to group or contracted rates, packaged or opaque rates, or qualified membership rates such as AAA, AARP or government rates.
What club reservations does the Member Value Guarantee cover?
Our Member Value Guarantee applies to all reservations for two nights or more for Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites that are available for booking through Inspirato.com. It does not apply to bookings for one-night reservations within our Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites portfolio; or to bookings for additional rooms we make on your behalf at properties where our Hotel & Resort Rooms/Suites are located; or to bookings for Inspirato Residences, Hotel & Resort Residences or Experiences. It does not apply to any reservations made prior to June 18, 2015.
How do I know if I saved money booking with Inspirato?
Within 24 hours of the time you book a Hotel & Resort Room/Suite on Inspirato.com, we will proactively compare our price against the Competing Rate on your behalf, then send you an email confirming that you paid at least $50 less per night for your reservation by booking with the club, or that you are entitled to a reward under the Guarantee.
Do I need to make a reservation with the club to receive the benefit of the Member Value Guarantee?
Yes, you must make a reservation on Inspirato.com or with your Member Care team.
If I am entitled to receive a reward under the Member Value Guarantee, when will I receive it?
Your Travel Credits will be issued to your membership account within two business days. Travel Credits can be applied to any Inspirato reservation (including taxes and fees) and expire three years from the date of issue. You can view your current Travel Credit balance at any time in the Account section of Inspirato.com. To access your Account, log in to Inspirato.com, select your name in the upper right corner, and click Account from the menu. Then select the Membership Details tab to find your current balances.
How are technical issues and currency conversion handled under the Member Value Guarantee?
The Member Value Guarantee will be suspended during times when hotel partner rates are not available due to outages, technical issues or other circumstances beyond Inspirato's control. We will convert any Competing Rate offered in a non-U.S. dollar currency on a hotel partner's website to U.S. dollars, and we may deny claims where we determine that the difference between rates is due to exchange rate fluctuations.
