• The primary bedroom is located on the top floor of this home and has its own bathroom and media room. Please note the bathroom is not en suite.
• Please note bedroom 4 has two twin bunk beds and Bedroom 5 is located in a detached carriage house.
• The indoor fireplace in the living room is not operational.

Additional Information:

• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen size air mattress.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
