• Please note the pool is not heated but Scrub Island’s sunny days keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature.
• Interior staircases may not have handrails.
• All bedrooms are accessed through exterior doors that open directly to the pool and courtyard, so this home may not be suitable for those traveling with young children.

Additional Information:

• Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a sleeper couch.
• Pet policy: No pets allowed.
