In July, more than 550 Inspirato members and their guests embarked on the Silver Muse from Vancouver, British Columbia, to explore Alaska’s storied Inside Passage. With stops in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Sitka, the beauty of Southeast Alaska came alive. Throughout the weeklong adventure, members got the chance to participate in a variety of quintessential Alaskan excursions, from dog sledding and crabbing to kayaking and hiking.

I can’t imagine a better way to see Alaska than this cruise. A highlight for us was going to Davidson Glacier. We took a small boat from our port in Skagway, then canoed right to the base of it. It’s hard to explain the beauty and otherworldliness of the glacier itself. Our guide said we were the first ones to be able to get close enough to touch the glacier in months, so that felt really special.
