• The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old as this program is best suited for adults.
• Passports are required and must be valid and up-to-date.
• Members should arrive at Narita International Airport (NRT) by 2 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2027, and may depart from Kansai International Airport (KIX) any time on Tuesday, September 28, 2027.
• You are welcome to bring your own set of golf clubs to this experience. There will be additional information on shipping your golf clubs in your Trip Planning Form that you will receive after booking. Golf club shipping services are offered at an additional cost. Otherwise, golf club rentals will be available at all courses, for an additional cost.
• Golf carts are included at all courses listed on the itinerary.
• Forecaddies have been requested for the group at each course listed on the itinerary, but availability cannot be confirmed until three months prior to the tee times. If available, one forecaddie will be reserved per foursome.
• As we will be traveling throughout Japan and participating in different activities, please be sure to bring layers, comfortable shoes, and golf attire.
• Travel between destinations will take place by bullet train. Due to luggage restrictions, you may bring a small bag onboard while larger luggage will be transferred directly between accommodations and delivered the same day.
• Please note square footage, location, and views in rooms may vary.
• This program welcomes all levels of golfers and handicaps are not required. This is a non-competitive golf experience, but players should be able to maintain pace of play.
• By booking this Inspirato Only experience, the member represents and warrants that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to travel. While there are no strenuous activities planned, members will participate in playing golf, extensive walking, and active tours.
• Dates, activities, and pricing are subject to change.
• If a certain number of packages are not booked for this experience, Inspirato will use our discretion to discontinue the program. In this rare instance, we will work with you on alternative travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: Within three business days of booking, members may cancel for a full refund. After three business days, reservations are nonrefundable unless Inspirato is able to resell the package. If the package is resold, the Inspirato member will receive 90% back in Travel Credits. If applicable, this would be refunded four business days after the package is resold. If there is a waitlist for the package type, the reservation is not canceled in the member’s account until the waitlist is notified and a package is resold. Reservations may be canceled at no charge if there is no waitlist and the package will be released on Inspirato.com.
