Location

The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) is just 3 miles from Aspen; the Limelight Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from ASE. The Eagle County Airport is located 70 miles from Aspen. It is served by four airlines with nonstop flights from several major North American cities during the winter. Summer and other seasonal service is more limited, but connections are still easy. Denver International Airport (DIA) is located a bit farther at 220 miles from Aspen, but you can fly into DIA and have your concierge arrange private or shared ground transportation to Aspen.

The Limelight Hotel is located in downtown Aspen, so you can easily walk to the city's restaurants, shops and attractions. The hotel's shuttle service is also a great option for getting to the slopes and around town. Due to parking restrictions in the neighborhood, driving is not recommended. A rental car is recommended if you plan to explore beyond the town. Club partner Avis is your best bet.

Limelight Hotel Aspen for the win

We had a great stay. Staff very nice and helpful. Concierge on site. The pool is great. Rooms big, clean and comfy. Breakfast had so many choices. And the location makes walking every where so easy. We would stay here again. This would be a great place to stay with kids. Billiards room. Parking garage. Big TVs with game stations. Such a fun place.

No parking

I attempted to stay on what I thought would be a nice quiet October weekend in Aspen. Upon check in I was told the parking garage was full because the hotel was over run by local hockey teams. I was then told I would be lucky to find a space on the street. At the same times calls were coming into the front desk complaining the boys were hanging on the balcony and running up and down the halls. I turned around and drove back home. There are many other hotels in Aspen I will book next time.

The Limelight is fine, but it is a bit crowded

This Hotel has a good price point, it is well located, across the street from Wagner Park, but I don't think the staff is as good as other places.

They have a "free" breakfast and with that price it is very crowded and pushy trying to get two children fed and ready to go skiing. We didn't know about the breakfast part before we got there, but it wasn't a bonus for us.

Shuttle service can be good, but you really have to make sure you reserve it properly and in advance.

I think the next time we go, we will stay at one of the homes offered by INSPIRATO and go with a larger group.

Dogs everywhere, in the breakfast area, EVERYWHERE

I won’t go back way too many dogs, barking all night, if you don’t care about that, great you can have my r
