  • Please note Lake Austin Spa Resort is Adults only, ages 17 years and older. However, the resort will accommodate guest’s ages 13 years and older from July 20-August 3.
  • Please note alcoholic beverages are not included in reservation and subject to additional cost.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in $1,000 per person being forfeited. No refunds will be accommodated for early departures and reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room rate plus tax. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
  • Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy for an additional fee. Please contact your Care Team for additional traveler rates.
  • Pet policy: Dogs allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
