From Cancún International Airport (CUN), NIZUC is a 10-minute drive. If you don't rent a car, your Member Services team can arrange for private transportation to and from the airport.

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nizuc. The hotel is gorgeous and the service is top notch. The room is huge and nicely appointed. The food is very good and they are extremely accommodating to food allergies/dietary needs. Highly recommend this property.

Disappointing at best!

The room was visually spectacular... other than the deep smell of mold. I even captured pictures of the mold on the mirror. I actually got sick with a sinus infection from it.

We were supposed to have a butler assigned to us, but that never happened.

I knew in advance from reading reviews that the food was very expensive, but it had mixed reviews about the quality. It was either "some of the best food in the world" or "tremendously disappointing", which was our experience. The food is exorbitantly priced and the taste was bland, at best. It tasted like massive amounts of low quality food typically served at an all-inclusive property (which this was not) but with high-end pricing. The water and alcoholic beverages were also ridiculously expensive! The best meal was poolside.... and it was chips and guacamole with pico de Gallo. Typically fruit in Mexico is delicious, and none of the fruit was ripe and the portion of a fruit plate was more like a side or a garnish on a meal. What a disappointment!

Outstanding Resort

My wife and I spent 4 days at Nizuc and loved it--in fact, one of the best hotels we've ever experienced. A bit surprising to find a hotel this nice in Cancun.

We didn't leave the resort at all during the 4 days there. Ingeniously secluded (hardly aware of the world outside), multiple restaurants, unfailingly professional/friendly team, great rooms and great beach (multiple locations to relax from beach itself to pools). And only 15 minutes from the airport.

One pleasant surprise to note--cabanas are first come/first serve. It's possible to reserve a cabana for a fee, but there is no real need as there are plenty (and the hotel was pretty full while were there)--and the concierge actually discourages reserving. Easy to grab one in the morning.

Another shout-out to the hotel's team--everyone regardless of their job was incredibly service oriented and friendly.

Don't mean to sound like a travel marketer, but the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Amazing 4 night getaway!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night trip to Nizuc. The service from arrival to departure was 5-star. The spa was fantastic - it was one of the best, if not the best, spa experience we have ever had (we did the Couples Mayan Ritual and highly recommend it). The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The staff at Nizuc are all very kind and accommodating. Room was lovely and had an amazing view. Only minor draw back was we could hear some road noise from the main road at night. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Cancun Property

This is a beautiful property in the Hotel Zone. The room was well appointed and the spa/gym was top notch. Excellent snorkeling right from the property. September can be muggy and buggy but they do a great job spraying the property to keep them at bay! Staff could not be more accommodating. Restaurant options are plentiful and good - but a bit pricey if you just want something quick and cheap. We were glad to have brought some snacks. Very easy to just settle in and never leave!
