Driving to Il Sereno from Milan is straightforward, but please exercise caution driving around the narrow streets surrounding the lake.
Il Sereno is open seasonally, and closes from November 7 to mid-March each year.
A city tax of 5 Euro per person per night will be collected upon checkout.

Cancellation policy:  Il Sereno Hotel cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest under the age of 16 may be accommodated over the stated occupancy for a fee of 250 euros per night. Additional guest is accommodated on a sleeper sofa. *Rates subject to change.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
