The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), approximately 45–55 minutes from the home, depending on traffic. The property is located in Spicewood within the Lake Travis area, about 45 minutes from downtown Austin. While the community offers golf cart access to lake amenities and the neighborhood pool and fitness center, a vehicle is recommended for dining, wineries, golf courses, and exploring the greater Hill Country region.

This home is gorgeous!

The home and amenities were beautiful. Very spacious and elegant. All furnishings and decor were top notch, seemingly all Restoration Hardware-type stuff. The pre-arrival grocery stocking was a must, and the mid-stay cleaning/refresh was the perfect touch. This development is brand new, and there are only a couple of homes built, including the one, so you are pretty isolated. No lake view, and not very near the lake, but we had a new infant, so no lake for us anyway. We have 1 suggestion and 1 complaint: The TV in the family room is mounted WAY too high. It strains the neck to view it (also, it should be larger for the space). Complaint: The WiFi is TERRIBLE. You guys need to resolve this. Speedtests were always around 8-10 Mbps, which is S L O W. TV would buffer sometimes. This should be an easy fix. Other than that, we loved it.
