Location

From Heathrow: The Heathrow Express is a nonstop train between the airport and central London that runs every 15 minutes. From Gatwick: The quickest train into central London from Gatwick is the Gatwick Express, which runs every 15 minutes from 5:20 a.m. to 12:50 a.m. (and hourly overnight).

Once in London, it's quite easy to get around. Taxis are always readily available, and the public transportation system is extensive. Private transportation is also an option and can be arranged by your concierge. Renting a car is discouraged due to the constant traffic and cost of parking. But if you so choose, club partner Avis is the perfect place to start. And remember to drive on the left side of the road. As always, your concierge is happy to arrange transportation to activities.

Fantastic in every way.

Great location, wonderful suite with full kitchen. You have to love a place that puts fresh milk in the fridge for your coffee and tea. But the standout at this location was the service, particularly the concierge. Alex and his colleagues took care of everything. Amazing restaurant picks, great shows, and even made our required covid testing easy.

Perfect in all ways

The suite was beautiful and included a full kitchen, including a washer-dryer. They provide all the coffee, N espresso, and tea you care to use. Fresh fruit daily as well. The suite was modern and up-to-date. It was spotless.

Ask for and make use of the recommendations of the concierge team. Take advantage of private tours provided by Yellow Moon Tours. The guides are quite knowledgeable and very engaging.

Starting with our e-mail communications with the concierge team and ending with a swift and painless check-out the evening before our departure, the week was delightful.

Location, location, location

Could not have selected a more central location. Very convenient to everything. Hotel was very nice and staff very friendly. Concierge was amazing. Only negatives are the flat being in a building separate from the hotel and waiting on the elevator since there is only 1 small elevator and apartment being on the 7th floor. Both very minor and not enough to go less than a 5.

Fantastic Experience in London
