Fantastic Private Cabo Home

Fantastic property with amazing views. The beach is almost empty all the time which is unique! We were there in early April and saw probably 100+ whales from the home. Perched up over the water provides incredible view. If you like watching the waves hit the beach and endless ocean views, this is the place for you. The home is in a quiet gated community. Three of the bedrooms are essentially equivalent - very large with their own excellent bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is smaller and with two smaller beds. Gonzalo was a great host and helped with pre-trip ideas and bookings. VERY responsive. Hot tub and heated pool were very good.

I think many people would be comfortable driving in this area but we chose not to have a car and used UBER or drivers arranged by Gonzalo. The private drivers were great for our large group (7) and very reasonable in terms of cost. Large supermarket less than 2 miles away is an easy UBER. We used the housekeeper to make a couple breakfasts and lunches. Highly recommend - especially the breakfasts in my opinion. Everything at this house was excellent and spacious and we can hardly wait to return. You can't really walk into a town from the house & you are about 25 min drive to Cabo San Lucas, but if you are looking for a private area to chill, this place does the trick.

Home is beautiful. The view from the patio and pool deck is stunning. Watching the whales from the porch is an incredible way to spend a morning or evening. Gonzalo’s recommendations are spot on.

Been to Cabo plenty, this one was memorable.

Great house, we travel with almost exclusively adults so it was nice to have 4 "masters", great beach and Gonzalo and Anna were amazing!

The views are amazing, but limited amenities.

We have visited Cabo many times in various accommodations and loved our time here. This house has the most fabulous views of a beautiful, not swimmable beach with difficult walking due to the loose pebbly sand on a steep slope.

The sunrises in the morning were gorgeous, but it was too hot with no shade on the patio until noon to fully use the umbrellas and the excellent pool and spa. After noon, the pool area was eventually shaded, comfortable and wonderful during almost 90 degree days with humidity.

The very large great room and only living area had a L shaped couch to comfortably hold 4 adults lounging in a house that can hold 8 adults, There was only one extra chair in the far away corner that didn't have a view of the medium sized TV high up and far away from the couch. The room could hold a lot more furniture to make it comfortable.

The master bedroom downstairs AC never got lower than 75 degrees at night even though it was set to 70. The other bedrooms were cooler.

We loved the breakfast, lunch and drink service, but were surprised when all the leftover food prepared and groceries we didn't eat were taken out of the house. I don't mind if we were leaving for home, but we still had two nights left and had planned on eating the leftovers for dinner. I called to ask where all the food went and was told to order from DoorDash "in Mexico". I suggest if you stay here to let them know you want to eat the leftovers and keep track of what groceries are bought. I spent a lot of money on groceries we didn't eat.

There are not any amenities included with this house like a club or fitness center since it is in a small, gated one street community. You'll need transportation to get around which they can supply if you don't rent a car.

The men thoroughly enjoyed their fishing trip and we all really enjoyed eating lunch on the beach at "The Office" restaurant.

Great house!

The house is beautiful with a great view and we loved walking on the secluded beach. We took advantage of the in house breakfast which was always delicious. One room is much smaller than the other 3 (and without a view) so better for a single occupant or kids. Needed a car service to get anywhere but those were easy to book.
