  • Cancellation policy: Grand Hotel Son Net has a unique cancellation policy that varies by season, length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
  • Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy and a cot may be placed in the suite. The additional fee for guests up to 2 years old is 95 euro per night and for guests 2-12 years old is 105 euro per night (fees are subject to change, contact your Care team for confirmation).
  • Pet policy: No pets allowed.
