Cancellation policy: Grand Hotel Son Net has a unique cancellation policy that varies by season, length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: One additional guest up to 2 years old is permitted over the stated occupancy. A cot may be placed in the room for a fee of 95 euro per night.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
