Location

Fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA). Virtually all major airlines are accessible. The best way to get around Nashville is by car. Neighborhoods and attractions stretch from one end of the city to the other. It’s not likely that you’d be able to see everything on foot. Club partner Avis and your concierge are happy to assist with a rental car.

room was not impressive

Room was basic at best. I was surprised by it. Maybe the staff didn’t give us the right room. What they give us was Meh.

Mixed Feelings

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Great town for music and food.

The hotel is somewhat removed from the center of the city requiring uber/taxi rides to most destinations. However some would consider the location an advantage as it is away from the crowds and located in a unique part of the town called the Gulch.

Working with the hotel concierge team had its positives and negatives. The places they recommended were outstanding. The meals were delicious and the music venues unique with excellent entertainment. The execution of reservations however was difficult and their responsiveness slow. The desk was also staffed with inexperienced staff during one of the busiest Nashville weekends.

The actual hotel is furnished beautifully and spotless. Our room faced a busy street with music starting early in the morning and playing throughout the day. Definitely not someplace to go to catch up on your sleep but also not sure the city of Nashville sleeps anyways. :)
