Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled less than 24 hours prior to arrival for standard rooms and 72 hours for suites will be penalized one night’s room plus taxes and fees. Should the guest fail to arrive by 5 a.m. EST on the day after the arrival date of the reservation, the booking will be deemed a no-show. No-show reservations are subject to a penalty of one night’s room and tax. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy. The additional guest will be accommodated on the couch in the living room.
