- Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the full reservation cost. Should the guest fail to arrive by 5 a.m. ET on the day after the arrival date of the reservation, the booking will be deemed a no-show. No-show reservations are subject to a penalty of 100% room and tax per reservation. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
