    Baccarat Hotel is located in the heart of New York City, about 9 miles from LaGuardia Airport (LGA), 16 miles from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), and approximately 17 miles from Newark Liberty International (EWR). From all airports, a taxi or private car is recommended as traffic is constant and parking fees are expensive.

    Spa was Awful

    I recently stayed at this property and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff throughout the property were kind, welcoming, and professional — truly what you'd expect from a luxury experience.

    However, I did want to share one unfortunate part of my visit. When I arrived, my suite wasn't ready, and I was kindly directed to the spa to freshen up before an important meeting I had in an hour. Unfortunately, the way I was treated by the spa staff was disappointing and out of step with the rest of the hotel. I was made to feel uncomfortable and, frankly, unwelcome — something I've never experienced at a property of this level. It was embarrassing and felt dismissive, as though I didn't belong, despite staying in one of the hotel's suites.

    That said, aside from that interaction, the rest of the stay was lovely, and I do appreciate the hospitality from the rest of the team. I hope management takes note so that future guests have a consistently positive experience across all areas of the property.
