The closest major airport is John Wayne Airport (SNA) located just 10 miles from the home. The airport is serviced by six airlines: Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and WestJet. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 41 miles away, is a much larger hub, offering connections to most American cities.

The home is easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and many local shops and restaurants. Perfect location.

Planned a girls trip with dear friends. Perfect location with the beach, shopping & great restaurants all in walking distance. The rooftop and front patio allow you to enjoy the outdoors any time of the day. Whitney & Andrea were simply the best and we loved all recommendations.

great location

Really enjoyed this home. Close to most things including beach and grocery store. Enjoyed dinner at the Cannery, walkable to get there. Took lovely boat tour around Balboa area. House was well maintained, clean and well stocked. Two parking places were a must and appreciated after week in La Jolla with only one. Onsite and offsite support was wonderful.

Holiday Team Offsite

The entire planning process was excellent! Our membership concierge and on-the-ground/destination concierge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect for all of our activities in and outside of the home. I recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Newport Beach vicinity.

Back home to Newport Beach

Even though we moved from there, the property and service at the beach was great. Only a block from the beach and near all the action and activities. Stores, restaurants, are close by and walking in the morning is a must.

Great Newport Beach Location

The location of this house on Newport Beach is stellar. It’s a short walk to the best restaurants, the Pavillions grocery store, Starbucks, the beach, and the Pier. Location makes getting in and off the island very easy. The house itself is clean nice and everything you would expect from a modern California beach house. Note this house is a duplex and Admiral is the much better choice. We used it for a executive off site meeting and the outdoor spaces came in handy. Concierge did a great job.
