The closest major airport is John Wayne Airport (SNA) located just 10 miles from the home. The airport is serviced by six airlines: Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and WestJet. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), 41 miles away, is a much larger hub, offering connections to most American cities.

The home is easy walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and many local shops and restaurants. If you plan to visit downtown Los Angeles or other locations along the coast, we recommend renting a car through club partner Avis. Just Perfect

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and can't recommend it highly enough! The home is stunning, featuring a well-appointed kitchen and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms both in style and comfort.

One of the highlights is the rooftop patio, complete with a grill and Sonos speakers that created the perfect ambiance for relaxation and entertainment. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and, of course, the beach.

However, a word of caution: parking can be quite tight, so recommend not bringing a large vehicle if you want to park in the garage or carport.

Special thanks to Andrea, our concierge, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Given that this property is only 10 minutes from our daughter, we'll definitely be returning!

Great Spot for a Long Weekend Getaway

Bayside is a very comfortable spot located just a few blocks from the Newport boardwalk and beach. Very easy access to the area’s great dining and bars. Newport Beach was so easy to access from the Orange County/Santa Ana airport and for us it was a huge plus that we could just fly in and immediately start enjoying our long weekend getaway. Perfect spot for couples or families. The rooftop patio of the Bayside property was a delightful spot for us to just hang out and enjoy the great weather.

Lovely Newport Beach House

To be so near absolutely everything in Newport Beach is fantastic. Walk to the beach, the Lido Village restaurants and shops, the Curl Fitness gym and the Lido Hotel rooftop bar. It’s such a comfortable and convenient experience. The rooms are well-equipped and the rooftop space is fun. We really didn’t need our car. Excellent all the way around!

Perfect spot to walk to beach and shops. Cute and clean property with nice rooftop deck. Parking for one car in garage and one in driveway.

Beach Town Bliss

We loved Bayside. Perfect for a weekend get away with the girls. We walked to everything - beach is two blocks away, grocery store is half a block away and cutest little marina village is 10 min walk with great shops, restaurants and coffee cafes. We rented bikes and were a little disappointed in the quality of the bikes but once that got sorted out we loved riding along the beach. The roof deck is the perfect place to start and end the day. Kitchen was well appointed and laundry machines were great. We rented a car and used it for a dinner out in Corona Del Mar but otherwise don’t think you really need a car because everything is so close! Like all Newport Beach homes downtown, your neighbors are literally right next to you, so there aren’t any views or desire to have the windows uncovered. Some people may feel like they need more natural light but the roof deck more than makes up for it! Comfy beds and very nice bathrooms. We can’t wait to go back!
