• Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be subject to a written notification to the hotel. Reservations canceled more than 48 hours midday, local time prior to arrival will receive a full refund. After that, reservations will be charged one night’s room rate. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
• Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
• Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
