- As a direct impact of climate change and high temperatures, the sargassum seaweed phenomenon is affecting a significant part of the Caribbean, and may sporadically disturb Eden Roc at Cap Cana’s private Caletón beach and the direct access to the sea. The Eden Roc team and local partners are handling the situation by regularly cleaning the beach.

- Cancellation policy: Eden Roc at Cap Cana has a unique cancellation policy that varies by length of stay, holidays, and how much notice is given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
- Maximum occupancy: Two adults and two children (ages 11 and under) may be accommodated in the Luxury Family Pool Suite without any additional charges. Children using the bunkbeds must be age 11 or under. The maximum occupancy is three adults and two children, or two adults and three children. In both of these circumstances, the fifth occupant (whether adult or child) will be accommodated on a sleeper sofa and will incur a fee of $121.60 per night (ages 4–14) or $185.60 per night (ages 15 and up). If the fifth occupant is an infant age 3 or under, he or she may stay in the same room as the parents free of charge.
- Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
