Things to Know

A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.

Each Master Suite is unique and layout varies. Some are on the ground floor with a large terrace, some are on an upper floor with balcony, some have plunge pools, and some have bathtubs. Please contact your Care Team with any preferences and we will request them for you. However, requests must be made ahead of time and are subject to availability.

Cancellation policy: Hotel Esencia’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
Maximum occupancy: One additional guest is permitted over the stated occupancy and may be accommodated on a rollaway bed for a fee. Please contact your Care Team for more information.
