A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.

Additional Information:

Cancellation policy: Hotel Esencia’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum Occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy and may be accommodated on an extra king bed. Additional guests ages 3 to 11 years old are charged a fee of $100 plus taxes and service, per person per night. Guests 12 and older are charged $200 plus taxes and service per person per night.
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
