Bedding
Know before you go
- A tourist visa is required for all travelers departing the Mexican State of Quintana Roo. The visa is purchased online and must be completed prior to departure. The cost is approximately $10 per person.
- Pre-arrival grocery service is available at just the cost of groceries.

- Cancellation policy: The hotel's cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
- Pet policy: Cats and dogs allowed (maximum two pets per accommodation; dogs must weigh 10 lbs or less) with a fee of $150 + tax per stay. Pets are allowed in restaurants, bars, and pool areas when leashed or in a carrier, but are not permitted on the beach.
