Location

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is about 17 miles south of the Lodge at Torrey Pines. Most major airlines service this airport, with a large percentage of flights delivered by Southwest, United, Delta, American and Alaska Airlines.

With award-winning golf, dining and more, the resort has all of your vacation needs on-site. Additionally, the resort offers complimentary car service within a 5-mile radius. To visit the top family attractions and theme parks, however, you will probably want a rental car. Club partner Avis is your best option. Otherwise, whether you need a car depends on how much of the area you want to explore. Your hotel concierge is happy to discuss or to arrange private transportation for you.

food was terrible and no housekeeping.

Good Evening The room service food was terrible. I had no housekeeping services. Then they sent up A tray of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Really…

Stellar Service!

Our room was spectacular, with a fabulous view of the 18th green.

The staff provided stellar service. A special recognition is due to Denise and Lisa for handling each and every request.

We ate breakfast at The Grill every morning and loved the food, service and atmosphere. At the end of our stay we learned that we had been granted a breakfast allowance so were pleasantly surprised.

The Lodge is a wonderful experience from check in to check out. We look forward to returning!

Craftsman Style Golf Resort

We have enjoyed The Lodge at Torrey Pines on several occasions. With the help of Inspirato we were able to book a Palisade King room with beautiful golf course; and, distant ocean views. The hotel is Craftsman with whimsical styling. The majority of the rooms are garden view. Get a Palisade room if possible. On site restaurants are excellent. For golfers, the two Torrey Pines golf courses are just outside. Can't wait to return!
