• Grand Luxury Villas offer either ocean views or Piton views, based on the location of the villa. Please note that due to an increase in rainfall trees and foliage may grow quickly, hindering the views.
• The Great Room restaurant requires cocktail attire: dress shirts, slacks or dress jeans, cocktail dresses or skirts, and closed-toe shoes or dress sandals. No shorts, sneakers, or beach flip-flops allowed.

Additional Information:

• Cancellation policy: All Inspirato reservations will be subject to the Hotel’s cancellation policy, which is as follows: Reservations may be cancelled twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations cancelled within twenty-one (21) days of arrival, will result in forfeiture of payment for the entire reservation. (Not applicable for Festive Season) Early Departures and No-Shows will be charged a 100% penalty. Festive Season: A 7 night minimum reservations is required for all accommodations during the Festive Seasons Reservations during Festive Seasons (December 19, 2024- January 5, 2025, and December 18, 2025 – January 3, 2026) may be cancelled without penalty ninety (90) days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after ninety (90) days will result in forfeiture of payment for the entire reservation. All refunds will be in the form of Travel Credits.
• Maximum occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this suite is three adults or two adults and two children. There is an additional fee of $65 per night for the third adult. Persons aged 18 and younger are considered children.
• Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.

• Daily full breakfast for two members per bedroom, served in Terrace Restaurant
• $100 equivalent Resort or Hotel Credit per bedroom, to be utilized during stay (not combinable, not valid on room rate, no cash value if not redeemed in full)
