relaxing resort experience, good for families

This was the perfect beach getaway, especially for a family with you kids. The suite has two large bedrooms with living areas, and a den off the main bedroom that is perfect for a baby. Kitchen was fully equipped, separate kitchen. We could have lived in this place all summer! The service at the resort was spot-on, and the restaurants on site as well as Avra next door were delicious. Beautiful beach with beachside service, and pools with cabana service. The zero entry pool was ideal for our little ones. Staff brought out floaties and smoothies and our kids were in heaven. Would definitely repeat for a relaxing resort experience.

great romantic getaway

outstanding service. dining. and spa. pools and pool amenities are plentiful like in vegas. full beach access with full hotel service on the beach. room was bigger than we expected. allowed my husband and i to have separate spaces for work and relaxation within the suite.

Drove up to 10 Rolls Royce's in parking lot ( Residents cars.) Place is suppose to be 5 stars Forbes. Definitely cater to residents. Arrival was late night and waited at least 15- 20 minutes to check in after receptionist was dealing with another customer while supervisor told me to wait for receptionist to check in. Once we got to room, room was nice, quiet, and pretty. We had breakfast every morning in the same restaurant in the facility and food was {ok to good) and waiter was nice but missed on something every day on someones order. He made up for the mistakes. Pool and beach were nice. Servers were most attentive on the beach. For a state that is the most COVID friendly, I didn't feel it here. We typically stay at Ritz and Key Biscayne. Based on our stay, service is much better in Key Biscayne. Hotel or facility is better at Aqualina by a small margin. If I could combine Aquanlina facility and Ritz Key Biscayne service, if would be amazing.
