This home is staffed, managed, and maintained by Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.
Bedroom 4 is located in a detached pool house.
Pre-arrival grocery service is available for a fee. The fee is 25% of the total bill for all requested items.
While this villa is available for booking year-round, there are limited amenities during the off-season from mid-November to late March. During the off-season, you will not have access to any resort dining options or spa services. You will have housekeeping, in-room dining, and transportation available to the main resort year-round.
The golf course and vineyard are open year-round.
You will receive one meal at your choice (besides breakfast), either lunch or dinner, per day at one of our restaurants or in-villa dining experience prepared by one of our Chef. Please note alcoholic beverages are excluded.
If extra cleaning is required, you will be charged at cost.

Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled or modified after 4 p.m. local time 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to 100% charge. All refunds will be issued in the form of Travel Credits.
Maximum occupancy: Stated occupancy cannot be exceeded.
