Vail was great!!

We love the Sonnenalp Hotel, and the Inspirato Lounge is one of the BEST benefits you offer your members. You should do some events there. We can help you during the Ski season as we live there during the Winter. We can give members tours of the mountain as that is our job at Vail Resorts. Thanks.

Beautiful Vail in October

Beautiful time of year to visit Vail. We had warm, sunny weather. The Aspen trees turn yellow in the fall and were lovely.

The Sonnenalp Hotel Blue Spruce suite was an excellent room. Large room with fireplace, comfortable bed, large bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower. Housekeeping service was exceptional. Twice a day housekeeping with fresh baked cookies left for us each day.

Spa, hot tub, pool area was a highlight. Small, but adequate gym. Very relaxing spa area with 3 hot tubs (two outdoors).

Location of the Sonnenalp Hotel is perfect. In the Vail Village; walkable to trails, restaurants, and the Inspirato Lounge (at the Solaris property) with free happy hour drinks for members.

Sonnenalp Hotel has several dining options. The Bully Ranch has a good, continental menu with outdoor and indoor seating options. The Ludwig's Terrace restaurant is lovely and has breakfast (a la carte) and brunch options. The Brunch has spectacular choices (very pricey). The brunch is the only option on weekends.

Highly recommend and will return!

Sonnenalp Review

Our stay at the Sonnenalp was lovely. The room was charming and comfortable. The hotel is very well located. It is easy to drive in and out and also very easy to walk into Vail Village. The breakfast and pool areas are beautiful! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Vail.

Quick Get Away!

My daughter and I needed a change of scenery and this was just the right place. We love staying here and took full advantage of the hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Just walking around town gave a feeling of calm after some busy weeks at home. Vail never disappoints!

no water and no hot water on different days

No excuse for a hotel of this category to have these type of problems
