- Check-in is from 3-7 p.m. only. Check-in outside the timeframe is by appointment only, subject to availability, for a fee of 25 euros (rates subject to change). Complimentary self check-in is also available—and recommended—if arriving outside of that timeframe.
- Checkout is at 10:30 a.m. Late checkout is available by request until 1 p.m., subject to availability, for a fee of 25 euros (rates subject to change).
A city tax of 3.50 euros per person, per night, will be charged at checkout (rates subject to change).
Additional Information:
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made 14 days from the arrival with no penalty. Cancellations and changes of the booking within 14 days from the arrival will withhold a penalty of 30%. In case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. Additional guests are accommodated on a double sofa bed for a fee of 80 euros per person, per night.
