- Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made 14 days from the arrival with no penalty. Cancellations and changes of the booking within 14 days from the arrival will withhold a penalty of 30%. In case of no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations will be refunded in the form of Travel Credits.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to two additional guests are permitted over the stated occupancy. Additional guests are accommodated on a double sleeper sofa for a fee of 80 euros per person, per night.
