- Cancellation policy: The Rosewood Vienna’s cancellation policy varies by length of stay, season, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team.
- Maximum occupancy: Up to one additional guest can be accommodated on an extra bed. There is a fee of 120 EUR/night for a third guest 13 years of age and older. There is no fee for children 12 years of age and younger.
- Pet policy: Pets are allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees and weight limits.
