Cancellation policy: Cancellation policy varies by dates of stay, holidays, and notice given prior to canceling. For specific cancellation information regarding your travel dates, please contact your Care team. Please note that there will be a $75 processing fee for cancellations made outside of the cancellation penalty window or for any modifications made within the cancellation penalty window.
Maximum occupancy: One rollaway bed may be placed in the suite for a fee of $100 per night for guests 16 and up.
Pet policy: Pets allowed with advance notice, subject to availability, fees, and weight limits.
