As of May 15, Inspirato members and passholders can officially book homes in select destinations across the country, and we’re so excited to offer a respite for families to recharge and reconnect during these uncertain times. We also know that safety is our members’ and passholders’ biggest concern, and we’re so pleased to share the Inspirato Clean Commitment with you.

Because we exclusively manage, maintain, and staff our homes, we’re in the unique position to ensure that they meet the highest standards for cleanliness. And though our housekeeping standards have always been best in class, our housekeepers are now following the new CDC guidelines for COVID-19. They’ve been retrained with new standards and protocols, such as the daily cleaning and sanitizing of commonly touched household items like door handles, light switches, remotes, and more.


On-site destination concierges and housekeepers will also wear masks and practice social distancing. And to ensure our guests feel as comfortable as possible, they’ll be able to choose the level of interaction with our staff with which they’re most comfortable. Remote check-in, orientation, and checkout are available, and as much or as little housekeeping as guests prefer.

Members and passholders who look forward to our pre-arrival grocery delivery service can rest assured that their groceries will still be waiting for them upon check-in—now with added precautions. Staff will rinse all produce and sanitize all packaging before stocking the groceries, with hand washing and disinfecting used throughout. Guests can also request grocery delivery to be dropped at the door, if they’d prefer.
